Momogoose | Asian Bistro Food Truck | Downtown

All in the name of downtown lunching, I give you MomoGoose. Making quite a name for itself as the Asian Bistro on wheels who’s known for setting up shop over by Government Center (Tuesday/Thursday) and on the Greenway (Monday/Wednesday/Friday), Momo’s got a great selection of rice bowls perfect for any carnivore, herbivore, or veganivore looking for a midday meal in the area. They’re quick and yummy, and although they do have a habit of running out of everything all the time, with such a winning menu it almost doesn’t matter in the end. Plus if you’re that bent out of shape, you can head next door to Bon Me or Clover.

What’s my favorite thing to order?

The Coconut Curry Tofu. Yup.

I had their Beef Ramen for lunch today. They’re a great addition to the Greenway.

I was super disappointed in my thai basil chicken (or whatnot they have there) It literally just tasted like chicken boullion cubes and…that’s about it. It also kind of looks like wet dog food… BUT! I do love their dumpling soup especially in the fall when all i want is a huge tub of soup.

I wish I knew of more places to go at lunch to feed my udon noodle soup cravings.

I’m bummed I stopped working downtown before the food trucks started parking at Government Center!
